Risk Disclosure Protocol
Last Updated: February 8, 2026This Risk Disclosure ("Disclosure") outlines the inherent risks associated with using the Workiza.ai Neural Architecture, Autonomous Agents, and related automation tools (collectively, the "System").
1. Probabilistic Nature of Generative AI
Workiza.ai is built upon Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative technologies. Unlike traditional software, these systems do not produce fixed outputs.
- Hallucinations: The System may confidently generate incorrect, fabricated, or nonsensical information, including non-existent job histories, skills, or legal citations.
- Variability: The same input prompt may yield different results at different times.
- Bias: AI models may reflect inherent biases present in their training data, potentially affecting candidate screening or job matching quality.
2. Autonomous Agent Risks
When you authorize a Workiza.ai Agent to act on your behalf (e.g., "Auto-Apply," "Auto-Reply," or "Candidate Outreach"), you are delegating execution authority to software.
- Unintended Submissions: An agent may apply to jobs you are not qualified for, or send messages to candidates that do not align with your brand voice.
- Third-Party Terms Violation: High-frequency automated actions may trigger anti-bot defenses on third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor), resulting in account suspension or banning. Workiza.ai is not responsible for the loss of any external accounts.
- Financial Liability: If you authorize agents to negotiate rates or salaries, you are legally bound by the communications they transmit unless explicitly revoked prior to agreement.
3. No Guarantee of Employment or Hiring
Workiza.ai is a tool for efficiency, not a guarantee of outcome.
- For Job Seekers: We do not guarantee that using our agents will result in an interview, a job offer, or employment.
- For Employers: We do not guarantee the authenticity, identity, or suitability of any candidate sourced or screened by the AI. You must perform your own background checks and verification.
4. Data Privacy & Security Vectors
While Workiza.ai employs military-grade encryption and security standards, the nature of processing data through LLMs involves inherent risks.
- Data Processing: Anonymized data fragments may be processed by third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) depending on the selected underlying model.
- Sensitive Info: You should strictly avoid inputting critical secrets (passwords, social security numbers, financial access codes) into the Agent conversational interface unless specifically prompted by a secured field.
5. Regulatory Uncertainty
The legal framework governing AI agents is rapidly evolving. Features available today may be restricted or modified tomorrow to comply with new regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, US Executive Orders). Workiza.ai reserves the right to disable specific agent capabilities without notice to ensure compliance.
6. Acknowledgement
By using Workiza.ai, you certify that you have read this Risk Disclosure and accept the operational hazards associated with autonomous AI deployment.
