Plugin & Widget Terms

These terms apply to your use of Workiza.ai Plugins, Widgets, or Browser Extensions ("Plugins") on your website or platform.

1. Plugin License

Workiza.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to place Workiza.ai Plugins on your website solely to enable your users to view Workiza.ai content or trigger Workiza.ai Agents.

2. Restrictions on Use

• No Modification: You may not modify, obscure, or disable any element of the Plugin, including the Workiza.ai logo, links, or attribution.
• No Fees: You may not charge users specifically for the use of the Workiza.ai Plugin or for access to Workiza.ai content displayed through the Plugin.
• Data Collection: You acknowledge that the Plugin may collect data regarding user interactions (clicks, views) and transmit it to Workiza.ai for analytics and service improvement.

3. Placement & Removal

• Placement: You may not place Plugins on pages containing illegal, offensive, or adult content.
• Right to Remove: Workiza.ai reserves the right to require you to remove the Plugin from your website at any time, for any reason.
